Gajar Matar Ke Tarkari

Ingredients

ingredients:-
1/2 kilogram carrot-
1/2 kilogram peas-
4 cloves garlic-
2 inches ginger- piece
1 teaspoon jeera-
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder-
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder-
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder-
salt- as per taste
2 tablespoons oil-

Preparation

Wash and peel carrots , take out peas from pods , crush ginger and garlic , chop green chillies .

Heat kadai add oil for 2 min then add jeera stir till crackle,

Add ginger, garlic and green chilli in it stir and add carrot and peas in it mix well

Add all dry masala mix and cook covered on medium flame for 8 to 10 min all till done.

Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves.

Serve hot with paranthas or roti
