Pecan Peach Blueberry Glazed Shortcake

Ingredients

pecans
1 egg
3 tab sugar
2 tab shortening
1 cup sour cream
Beat ingredients above together till light...
cup Add1 ⅓ flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Stir all ingredients till moistened.
cup Fold in ½ blueberries.Fill muffin cups, bake till golden brown on 400 degrees 2
3 fresh peaches peeled sliced long slices
whipped cream fresh or cool whip
1/2 cup peach preserves
1/2 cup whole pecans

Assembly, place muffin on plate.. Arrange with sliced peaches around muffin and on top, heat peach preserves in microwave for 10 seconds, pour over muffin. Top with whipped cream and garnish with pecans.
