PREPARATION: Wash goat meat thoroughly, cube
potatoes into bite size pieces, mince garlic, ginger and
fresh chillies together, clean the cilantro by separating the
leaves from the stem .I only use the leaves and tender part of stems

Add goat, curry spices, salt and cook for about 10 minutes, add a cup of water.

Cook for another 30 minutes. Taste the sauce, if you want to add any extra of the above ingredients please yourself.

All you do now is garnish with clinatro leaves and yummmm.

I cook this dish because I love the flavour of all the aromatic spices .The meat is so tender after cooking that the bones just fall away from the meat.
What a nice way to thank myself by enjoying something I really like. Just love it! LOL ,One of my favourites and one of the Islands favourite dishes.
Usually when you have good friends and relatives over this is a must have to treat the loved ones.
Goat is so tender and filled with heart-warming spices. My mouth just waters thinking about this savoury dish:)
