Ingredients

Red Bean
(Soaked in
water
for 4 hours)

tomatoes
chopped
2 nos.s
Onion
chopped
Ginger
crushed 2 inch long piece
Garlic
crushed 1 medium pod
Oil
1 cup
Coriander
fresh a few for garnish
Spices:
Curry Powder
3-4 tablespoon
Preparation

Fry
onion in oil till golden
brown.

Now add tomatoes, garlic, ginger , curry powder
, soake

Now add 2 glass of water and cook on medium
flame
till beans are
tender.

Sprinkle coriander leaves and
simmer.
