3 ounces chunk of quality blue cheese
4 ounces chunk of quality goat cheese
4 ounces chunk of quality brie cheese
1 baguette
2 cups crackers

About
*Allow cheeses to come to room temperature before serving, approximately 25 minutes. This recipe is a guideline for making a cheese tray, feel free to use a variety of cheeses. It's best to offer different varieties of milk cheeses, for example 1 cow, 1 goat, 1 sheet, etc.
*Serve with optional mostarda, fig or quince paste.
*Ideal for a wine tasting party or potluck.

Bries and blue cheeses are delicious..always remember to avoid these two cheeses if you allergic to penicillin..
