Summer Berry Sorbet
Ingredients
3 cups strawberries, hulled and cut in half
1 cup raspberries
1 1/3 cup sugar
juice of one lemon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation

Place the strawberries, raspberries, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla into a food processor, such s a Cuisinart fitted with a blade attachment, and blend on high until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a prepared ice cream maker and churn until frozen, about 25 minutes. Place in a freezer friendly container and freeze until set, at least 2 hours, if not longer.
