Coffee Ice Cream {No-Churn}
Ingredients
For the Coffee Flavor
2 tbs. instant coffee
2 tbs. brown sugar
3 tbs. honey
1 tbs. vanilla
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
ΒΌ tsp. ground cloves
Pinch of salt
Vanilla wafers and chocolate syrup for serving
For the Ice Cream
14. oz. can sweetened condensed milk
16 oz. whipping cream or heavy cream
Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients for the coffee flavor in a medium sized bowl and mix well.

Add the sweetened condensed milk and stir together well; set aside while whipping the cream.

Whip the cream until peaks form. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk.

Place in a container and freeze until ice-cream consistency forms; approximately 5 -6 hours; or until ice-cream forms.

Serve with vanilla wafers and a drizzle of chocolate syrup is so desired.
