Blueberry-Mango Antioxidant Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup blueberries
½ cup mango, peeled and diced
1/2 cup lite coconut milk
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon flax seeds
1 cup ice
Preparation

Place the blueberries, mango, coconut milk, yogurt, lime juice, flax seeds, and ice into a kitchen blender. Blend on high for about 1 minute, sirring occasionally until completely blended. Serve right away.
