Healthy Pasta
Ingredients
2 cups Mushrooms (8- 9 medium Button Mushrooms)
1 small White Onion
1 Medium Broccoli cut into bite-size pieces
1 cup Corn
1/2 cup Parmesan
Basil to garnish
Salt to taste

Cook the Pasta Al Dente as it cooks further in the sauce. Drain the Pasta and keep it aside.

Do not throw away the salty pasta water; that's is the magic ingredient in this dish.

Add all the veggies and toss them.

Add a cup of the remaining pasta water.

Add the pasta and toss the mixture on medium flame.

Cook till the pasta water is incorporated in the pasta and veggies.

Add Lemon zest.

Garnish with Parmesan and Fresh Basil.
