Walnut Biscuits
Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups self-raising flour
1 egg
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 pinch salt
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy and pale. Add egg, salt, vanilla, flour, and walnuts. Mix to a firm dough.

Roll out 1/4" thick. Place in refrigerator to chill for at least 30 mins.

Cut into 2" round biscuit shapes and bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
