Healthy Baked Meatballs
Ingredients
2 pounds Ground turkey breast
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese (low fat)
1 can tomatoe puree
1/4 cup egg substitute (egg beaters)
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil
Topping:
1 cup mozarella grated
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup tomato sauce
Preparation

In large bowl mix ingredients together until well blended. I find using my hands best. Then roll into meatballs place in a shallow 9 X 13 pan sprayed with cooking spray. Fill pan squeezing in as many meatballs as possible.

Next spoon tomato sauce over meatballs then sprinkle with mozarella and parmesan cheese.
