Pork Goulash

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Flour
1 teaspoon Paprika
teaspoon Pork
1 pound Cubed Boneless Pork
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 cup Water
teaspoon Caraway Seed
teaspoon Pepper
16 ounces Can Sauerkraut, drained
1 medium Onion, sliced
cup Uncooked Egg Noodles
1 cup Dairy Sour Cream

Preparation

In a small bowl, combine flour, paprika, and salt. Toss meat in flour mixture to coat.

In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, brown meat in hot oil. Add water, caraway seed, pepper, sauerkraut, and onion; mix well. Cover; simmer 30 minutes or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package directions. Add pasta and sour cream to meat mixture; stir to combine. Cook until thoroughly heated, but do not boil.
