Gateau Au Chocolat

Ingredients
6 ounces German sweet or semisweet chocolate
1/2 cup sugar
1 stick unsalted butter
6 eggs, separated
cup flour or matzo cake flour
--glaze
1 teaspoon butter
3 tablespoons water
4 ounces German sweet chocolate, or semisweet

Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve. Decorate when cold using paper strips or a doily and 10x sugar.

Can be doubled for a 9" x 13" pan. Using matzo cake flour makes this cake kosher for Passover.
