Sweet Soybean Milk

Preparation

Sort and rinse the soybeans

Drain and soak the beans in water roughly 3 times the volume of the soybeans.

Let it set until the soybeans have doubled in size. This could take anywhere from 6 to 14 hours depending on the temperature.

Drain the soybeans and add 7 cups of water.

Place the water & soybeans a food processor and process until you get a smooth paste.

Place the soybean paste in a cheesecloth bag and add 8 cups of water.

Strain the liquid into a saucepan
