Ingredients

1/2 cup butter

1 cup sugar

1 whole eggs

2 Xocai Healthy Chocolate X Power Squares, chopped

1/3 cup buttermilk

1 tsp vanilla

1 3/4 cups flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 pinch salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and then chill in the refrigerator for one hour. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Makes 12 Cookies
