Ginger Sesame Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
1 medium cucumber
2 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
2 tablespoons sesame oil
Preparation

Slice the cucumber very thin and add the vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and ginger.

Allow to marinate for a few hours in the refrigerator, then add the sesame oil.

Serve very cold in a shallow dish.

What a beautiful choice of ingredients! Yet, I'd have to say that the sesame oil was a bit overpowering. Otherwise, very tasty.
