Chicken Tandoori

Ingredients
tablespoon tandoori paste
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 onions, medium
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preparation

In a bowl combine chicken with tandoori paste, lemon, garlic, oil and salt and pepper.

Mix well, cover and refrigerate 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 200C/480F.

Allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.

Use chicken breasts with or without skin.
