Rhubarb Wine

Ingredients

1 gal rhubarb, chopped
1 pkt yeast
1 lemon, sliced thin
3 gals hot water
1 orange, sliced thin

Preparation

Let stand 10 days. Remove orange and lemon, then add: 3 pounds sugar to each one gallon liquid. Bottle.
