Basil Oil ~ Giangi's Style
Ingredients
1 ounce fresh Basil
1 cup olive oil
salt
pepper
Preparation

Blanch basil for 2 seconds in boiling water. Remove and place in the food processor with the salt, pepper and olive oil

Puree until a smooth.

During my staying at my dear friend and Chef Eliane at Born to Taste, I have learned how to make Basil Oil. A very easy recipe full of flavor and perfect with fish, chicken and beef.
