Artichoke Appetizer

Ingredients

4 Eggs, beaten
pound Cheddar Cheese, grated
12 ounces Marinated Artichokes, chopped
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 dsh Tabasco
3 Green Onions, chopped fine
6 Crackers, crushed
1 Clove Garlic, crushed

Preparation

Saute onions and garlic in artichoke oil; then drain. Mix all ingredients and spread in greased 8x8" pan. Bake at 325F degrees for 30 minutes.
