Braised Cabbage and Chard With Turkey Kielbasa

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup vegetable broth
2 cups red onion, thinly sliced
2 cups chard, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon thyme, fresh, minced
Preparation

Add remaining ingredients and cook for 20 – 30 minutes until cabbage is soft. Add vegetable broth as needed to keep mixture moist.
