sweet and Spicy Grilled Chicken
Ingredients
2 pounds boneless/skinless chicken thighs
1 teaspoon sriracha sauce (or to taste)
1/4 cup peach marmalade
1/2 cup ketchup
smoke flavoring (to taste)

In a small bowl combine sriracha, marmalade, ketchup and smoke flavoring.

Serve on a tray lined with Kale leaves.

This sauce is amazing! Be sure to cook chicken first, to avoid burning it from the sugar in the sauce. Fantastic taste that can made as hot as you like.
