Ingredients
Scrambled Eggs
Eggs 1 x
KNORR Garde d'Or Hollandaise Sauce 1 L 10 ml
Oil, vegetable 1 ml
Bacon
Bacon Rashes, sliced in half 0.50 x
Sauce
HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise 2.4 kg 10 g
KNORR Professional Mixed Chilli Puree 1 g
Roll and serve
Cheese, cheddar 12.50 g
Avocado, diced 0.15 x
Tomatoes, diced 0.15 x
Preparation

Whisk eggs add KNORR Garde d’Or Hollandaise Sauce.

Heat oil and pour egg mix, cook one side until golden and turn over and cook until egg is almost cooked.

Cook bacon until crispy.

Combine HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise and KNORR Mixed Chilli Puree.

Evenly divide all ingredients in omelette and roll up. Serve with chilli mayonnaise.
