Chocolate Pancakes with Xocai Healthy Chocolate
Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 whole eggs (beaten)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup dark chocolate (Xocai Nuggets, melted)
2 tbsp cooking oil
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Combine eggs, milk and melted Nuggets and add to dry ingredients, without over mixing. Heat your pan or griddle. Lightly drizzle with oil and pour your batter onto heated surface. Cook one side until bubbles appear, and then flip to other side. Cook until golden brown. Serve with your favorite toppings. Serves 4
