Grilled Pork Tenderloin: Marinade

Ingredients

1 Pork Tenderloin, trimmed of silverskin
Kosher Salt & Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
3 Cloves of Garlic, sliced
1 Stem Fresh Rosemary, stripped and chopped
3 Stems Fresh Thyme, stripped and chopped

Preparation

Trim Pork, season with kosher salt and cracked pepper

Mix remaining ingredients for marinade in a bowl

Add tenderloin and coat well in marinade

Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours

Preheat Gas Grill to 500 degrees

Grill on BBQ until Meat thermometer reaches 150-155 degrees

About

Usually you get 2 pork tenderloins in one package. I like to marinade one and dry rub the second. Grill them both to 150-155 degrees then you have some nice leftovers. Or extra for dinner guests.
