Apple Strawberry Salad With Plum Powder

I have no idea where you can find plum powder in the United States, but my friend Glace brought this to me from China after I had commented on a fabulous fruit salad she had made. This powder has a very strong taste, so only use a small amount, but it enhances flavor and adds a sweet and salty taste to the fruit. I love it! Any comments with suggestions on how to get this wonderful little spice in the US would be much appreciated.
