Ingredients

1 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar (or to taste)
1 small pinch of saffron
1 teaspoon flaked or chopped pistachios and almonds
1 pinch cardamom powder
1/4 teaspoon rosewater
Sprinkle with a little nutmeg (optional)

Bring all of the ingredients to a gentle simmer for a minute and serve.
