Corn Oil Pie Crust

Ingredients
For a One Crust Pie:
1 cup plus 2 tbsp.
flour
1/2 teaspoon
salt
cup
corn oil
2 tablespoons cold
water
For a Two Crust Pie:
1 3/4 cups
flour
1 teaspoon
salt
1/2 cup
corn oil
3 tablespoons cold
water
Preparation
1
Mix
flour, sugar and
salt
together. Add the oil and
mix.
Lastly, add the cold water.

Heat oven to 450 degrees for one crust pie and 425 degrees for two crust pie. Roll dough between 2 pieces of wax paper to the desired size for pie pan.

This dough can be difficult to roll- it works better to just pat it into the pie pan.
