Balsamic Marinated Beef

Ingredients
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 small clove crushed garlic
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 pounds boneless top sirloin (1 inch thick)
Preparation

In a resealable plastic bag, combine vinegar, oil, basil, mustard, garlic & sugar; mix well. Add steak, turn to coat & marinate in refrigerator 15 minutes to 2 hours; turn occasionally. When ready to cook, remove steak & discard marinade. Grill steak 17 to 21 minutes for medium-rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Slice steak crosswise.
