Teriyaki Sauce Marinade
Ingredients
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 clove garlic finely minced
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons salad oil
1 tablespoon minced onions
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 pounds meat (beef or chicken)

Combine all ingredients. Cover meat with marinade. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
