chocolate
baking bar
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup
cashews,
very coarsely
chopped
1/4
brazil nuts,
very coarsely
chopped
Preparation

Break
baking
bar into small pieces and place in the
top
pan of a double boiler.

Stirring
constantly at very low
heat,
allow the chocolate to
melt
until creamy.

Add the raisins, cashews and brazil nuts.

Stir
until well-coated.
5
Carefully
spoon
into 1" diameter candy cups.

Refrigerate
until set.
