Kiwi Grapefruit Salad With Yogurt Lime Dressing
Ingredients
3 kiwifruit, pared and sliced (about 3 ounces each)
1 grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds (see note)
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel

Arrange kiwifruit, grapefruit and blueberries on a platter; sprinkle with almonds.

Yogurt-Lime Dressing: Combine plain yogurt; honey, grated lime peel (green part only) and mix well.

To toast nuts, heat in a dry skillet over medium heat until they start to brown. Stir occasionally. Be careful not to scorch them.
