Pinwheel Sandwiches

Ingredients

2 packages (8oz) cream cheese, softened
1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
large flour tortillas
turkey, ham, or other sliced deli meat
cheese
4 ounces pimentos, diced
4 ounces green chiles, chopped
1/2 cup sliced olives

Preparation

Mix cream cheese and dressing mix. Spread on tortillas. Next place some pimentos, chiles, and olives over the cream cheese layer. Top with ham, turkey, and cheese. Roll up tightly.

Cut each roll into about a 3-4 inch segment, depending on how big your tortillas are.
