Justin Timberlake admits it is no easy chore trying to look exactly the same every day when working on a movie, but he seems to have his own formula to staying in shape while on set.
"You have to ignore the catering," Timberlake said. "It seems like a pain, but it's really not that hard to monitor your own calories once you get it down. Plus, sometimes I can up my intake because I'm working 12-hour days and burning a lot more energy."
However, certain movie roles require Timberlake to eat more than usual because of all the energy he requires. Once such movie was action-thriller In Time.
"It was so physical. All that diet and health stuff really revolves around the movie or show."
The most difficult task in the movie making process, Timberlake says, is ensuring he looks exactly the same every day.
"The hardest part about making movies is staying the same weight every day and looking the same."
