Spicy Wonton Soup

April 18, 2013

Wonton soup is not just something you order when getting Chinese take-out.  This Chinese dumpling soup is spicy, filling, and full of flavor.  Wontons are fun to make and you can fill them with whatever ingredients you have on hand.  This recipe suggests using ground chicken but ground pork or shrimp would also be delicious.  Likewise, you can add vegetables to the soup to make it more hearty.
