Quick and easy breakfasts means more time to get ready and less time scrambling for a quick bite to eat. Make these sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast cups as a weekend breakfast idea, and wrap up extras for breakfast the next couple of days. We love them!
Sausage Egg and Cheese Breakfast Cups
1 Recipe of baking powder biscuits (or a roll of Pillsbury-type biscuits)
1 package breakfast sausage links
2 eggs
2 green onions
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese-Monterey Jack or similar
