600 mls Water
teaspoon Salt, (2 g.)

2 teaspoons Ginger, chopped (10 g.)
250 mls Oil
2 cups Thick curd, beaten (400 ml.)
1 teaspoon Sugar, (5 g.)
teaspoon Salt, (2 g.)
teaspoon Cumin powder, (4 g.)
teaspoon Black rock salt, (2 g.)
teaspoon White pepper powder, (2 g.)
1 teaspoon Ginger, julienned (5 g.)
5 grams Coriander leaves, chopped
A pinch of chilli powder
A pinch of cumin powder
4 sprgs mint leaves
tablespoon Tamarind chutney, (40 ml.)
