Cheesy-Potato Casserole
Ingredients
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup milk
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 pkg. (2 lbs.) frozen hash browns, thawed
Grated Cheddar cheese (approximately 4 oz.)
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Combine soups, milk and sour cream in a large bowl and mix until smooth.

Add potatoes, salt and pepper. Mix lightly.

Pour into a 13 x 9 inch dish, cover, and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle top with cheese during the last 1/2 hour of baking time.
