Most cooks wouldn't dare use their iPad in the kitchen for fear of getting it dirty, but the Chef Sleeve is a waterproof, disposable cover that solves this problem. The Chef Sleeve attaches to the iPad with a resealable sticky strip, letting cooks use their iPad as a cookbook. The protective film is food safe and approved by the Food and Drug Administration.
As That's Nerdalicious points out, however, a box of 20 Chef Sleeve covers costs $20, which makes it far more economical to enclose the iPad in a zip-close bag when it's time to cook.
