Summer BBQs are typically filled with grilled veggies, meat, salads, and of course lots and lots of beer. How about adding some spice to your next shindig with these sweet and spicy maple fruit kabobs.
1 teaspoon Rapadura or organic sugar
2 tablespoons maple syrup
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Dash of ground red pepper
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and quartered
2 bananas, cut into 1 inch slices
8 cubes seeded watermelon
8 chunks fresh pineapple
Organic cooking spray (non canola)
