The Grade A Cheese Board by Bjarke Ballisager is a clever cheese board made of acrylic resin and the mineral bauxite. The cheese server looks just like a white slice of Swiss cheese; unlike real cheese, though, it's nonporous and dishwasher-safe.
The cheese board is 9.25 inches by 11.5 inches, which is just large enough for a decent-sized cheese plate. It's available through the PLANT Design Studio and Shop in Brooklyn.
