I think cooking with kids is very important. By allowing your kids to cook with you or doing cooking related projects, you are teaching them about the importance of food and how it is connected to so many other aspects of life. When you teach a kids to cook, you are passing your families food culture down to them and you can feel confident that they will be able to feed themselves in the future. Blogger Katie Goodman devised from Craft.com has created this rainbow pudding project to get kids in the kitchen. She has written easy step-by step instructions from how to make the pudding, to the colors, and how to assemble. Make these rainbow puddings with your kids- it will be worth it!
