"Drawn to the Table" is a tech-savvy dinner table that aims to blend online and offline technology. Digital paint allows users to draw on the wooden table using their fingers or an eating utensil to doodle, write messages or even illustrate the evening's meal. An adult (or tech-savvy child) can then transfer the images to a smartphone and send them to a loved one who isn't at the dinner table.
The tech-savvy dinner table was designed by Julene Aguirre Bielschowsky, Cheng Guo and Alice Moloney in response to a creative prompt from BlackBerry. Do you think this concept table has a place in homes of the future?
