Gary Barlow recently lost some weight and has brought the influence of his new healthy lifestyle to the current season of The X Factor UK. Barlow, of Take That fame, has the contestants following a diet created by his own personal nutritionist.
The X Factor contestants are on a high-protein diet of fish and nuts, with a ban on carbohydrates. The diet consists of a smoothie for breakfast and foods that have slow-releasing energy. Instead of snacking on junk food or sweets, the contestants are encouraged to munch on almonds.
Barlow is also encouraging the contestants to make regular visits to the gym.
