Most granola is full of sugar and doesn't have enough protein to be a proper breakfast. Luckily, it's possible to make your own nutrient dense and satisfying granola.
This decadent DIY cereal is amazingly healthy and your taste buds will be zinging from all the goodness.
Pumpkin Pie Granola
1 cup quinoa, sprouted
1/2 cup almonds, diced
1/2 cup flaxseed, ground
1/2 cup hemp flour
1/2 cup unhulled sesame seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground stevia leaf
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup EFA oil (such as flax or hemp)
1/8 cup molasses
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 cup pumpkin puree
