Brothers Bryan and Michael Voltaggio have a cookbook coming out later this fall called Volt Ink (a combination of their restaurant names). On Friday they appeared on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon to hype the book. They each prepared a dessert and wowed Jimmy Fallon with their molecular gastronomy techniques.
