What's the most stolen food product in the world? If you guessed cheese, you are either very observant (I suppose I could've picked a more cryptic lead photo) or read the same Sky News article I did. A new report from the Centre of Retail Research reveals that the loss percentage of cheese in the U.K. is 3.9 percent -- well over the global average of 1.29 percent.
This loss percentage has caused industry experts to label cheese as a "high-risk" item. The total percentage of stolen goods is up 6.2 percent over last year in the U.K. alone, according to the CRR study.
