I've begun to reflect on the week of Thanksgiving and how artisan spirits are often forgotten in the melee' that says the Thanksgiving table.
This year has been a wonderful one for tasting new and interesting liquors and this teaches me to reflect upon the good memories of the past and my hopes and best wishes for the future.
So, in this stead, I give you my personal best greetings and cheers to you for a Happy Thanksgiving!
Five Thanksgiving Cocktails to wow your palate

Let combine for a few minutes and then test for sweetness. Add Autumn Plum syrup to taste
Enjoy in heated mugs!
4. Bourbon Whiskey over Whiskey Disks
This one is so very easy... Freeze a couple of soapstone Whiskey Disks in the freezer. Add to your favorite glass. Pour a healthy shot of something Bourbon and intoxicating over them.

My favorite before dinner drink is simple: Captain Morgan spiced rum and OJ.
To relax later, or warm up, it's similar to your Hot Chocolate Toddy. It's called a Leprechaun's Dream:

1 oz Frangelico
2 oz Bailey's Irish cream
Hot chocolate
Whipped cream
Pour liqueurs into an Irish coffee or other cup.
Fill with good quality hot chocolate.
Add plenty of whipped cream.
