We've seen Heidi Klum's post-pregnancy diet in action four times now, and it's clear that the supermodel-turned-mogul has the process of shedding baby weight down pat. Her trainer David Kirsch shed some insight on how Mrs. Samuel gets back in runway-ready shape after having a baby.
"To get in mental shape, you need to start thinking about nutrition," he explained to InStyle. "Get immersed in that healthy living mindset of eating right." This aligns with Klum's common-sense eating philosophy: instead of adopting crash diets, just eat well and snack wisely.
Kirsch recommends that new moms eat plenty of vegetables, lean meats and good carbs, avoiding processed carbs, unnecessary fat and sugar.
