The last couple of weeks have given rise to a number of unfortunate racist incidents at fast food restaurants. It started with a racial slur at a Chick-Fil-A in California and then appeared at a Papa John's in New York City. Well, Gawker did not hesitate to call those incidents a "trend" and solicited other examples from their readers.
Their efforts are disturbing, but a fascinating read. Lesson: do not write something stupid on fast food receipts. People do notice.
